Last night we did something amazing in the practice. I gave a talk on anxiety with my chiropractic community in Singapore, lit up the room with 100 candles, and ended with a group adjusting session set to some soothing music.

In this newsletter I want to discuss the results with you, and how you can do something similar in your own practice. It wasn’t just an impactful evening for my clients, it showed why hosting events is so powerful for your practice.

What we did last night?

I shared my journey from my 1996 coma to full recovery using chiropractic and nervous system techniques. We explored how the spine talks to the brain and why a calm body makes a calm mind. Then we lit the room with candles and everyone got adjusted together. We even tried easy exercises to calm the vagus nerve and talked about using wearables like ChiroRing to track the nervous system.
