The Chiropractic Office Audit for Developing Loyal Clients.

The Chiropractic Office Audit for Developing Loyal Clients.
For retention, referrals and reactivations.
Chiropractic business owners who know they have leaky buckets resulting in good clients leaving chiropractic care.
Those chiropractors who want a more reliable and systematic approach to client retention.
Those chiropractors who use resources on add spend at the front end to attract new clients but have nothing concrete in place for keeping clients once they get symptom relief.
Chiropractors who consistently see people dropping out of care even 6 months into "maintenance care". I'm just going to see how things go without chiropractic but I'll come back if my symptoms return.
Those that rely too much on symtomatic results to build their practice.
Chiropractors who run their practice too randomly and without a robust 6 month client journey (I.e the retention vortex).

1) Working in your office over the years is a sure fire way to develop blind spots as to why people don't remain in chiropractic care.
2) An audit can help you identify what the next steps of action need to be.
3) Focussing on your gaps helps you make a correct planning sequence to ensure the life time value of your clients rise.
4) An audit is a simple framework to glance over.
5) An audit often leads to obvious epiphanies - things you knew needed attention but in a vague way.
I then extrapolated their ideas then put them to work in the context of our chiropractic office.
There's only so much inspiration that static central nervous system posters can do for long term clients.
The formula for alchemy is to make fixed assets volatile and volatile assets fixed. It's a balance game. If your office internal environment is too fixed entropy will emerge.

Why in the world should you trust some random chiropractor?

Hey, I'm Vismai.
Previously, I only needed 1 new client for every 2000 return visits and I did this consistently over a 6 year time frame. Now I teach retention as a way to share your life’s work, secure your future, and enjoy a meaningful lifestyle.
I’m good at what I do because I test things in our own practice so
I know what works and what doesn’t. I value moving forward.
It feels like I’m boasting...
but I guess that’s a hit I’m willing to take to ease your worries of buying a product of mine.
I will, however, never apologize for aiming to be as transparent as possible.

I get it... we're all a bit selfish.

An audit that created by someone outside of your office gives you a framework with no confirmation bias in regards to how you currently do things.
An audit doesn't take long to complete yet the upside (if you fix your leaky buckets) can be so beneficial to your chiropractic business.
An audit is a reference point in time. It's date stamped so you can revisit it and check in on your progress.
It's not a random spurt of inspirational ideas. It's rooted deeply in what works for retention and why it works. You'll identify impactful elements to train your chiropractic assistants on too.
Bust through creative ruts and gain the confidence that you are putting impactful ideas, projects, and wisdom out into the world.
An audit helps your ability to simplify complex topics in a way
that would impress even Aristotle.
Best results of this come when you first complete your audit alone. Lock yourself in a hotel room for a day. Go through it twice before sharing it with your team to prevent random inspiration. Then pick the vortex elements that make sense to you and start building it.

How long does it take to complete an audit?
It will take 3 to hours to go through the modules.
The longest time you will spend however will not be on watching my modules but reflecting on your results then making a plan of action..
The more changes you make to my basic structure the more time it will take you.
Do I need to do one every quarter?
I suggest completing an audit annually.
Even after you have built your vortex and have been using it for years you need to keep it in check.
Staff changes occur.
Behaviour slips and staff training requires endless repetition.
"Freedom is found in the systems" - Seth Godin, author.
Do I need to build a retention vortex after completing the audit?
Ironically you wont shift the dial on your retention metrics simply by identifying your blind spots.
Building your vortex and training your team on how to optimise the tools for retention referrals and reactivations is a "doing" sport.
So yes, once you have completed your audit potential for developing loyal clients, get to work....
